An Unforgettable Family Getaway!

We enjoyed a fantastic week at a beautiful property! The pool view from our Junior Suite was breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Don't miss the seafood at the seaside restaurant — it's a must-try!

Beautiful beach and clean facilities, but slow Wi-Fi can be frustrating.

The lazy river was a blast, and the taco truck had the best snacks! Pools were clean and everyone loved the entertainment.

The vibrant decor and lush landscaping made the resort feel inviting and serene, while accessible pathways allowed for easy navigation, ensuring a pleasant experience for seniors like myself. The staff's warmth enhanced the welcoming atmosphere immensely.

More shaded areas by the pool would be appreciated.

Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Facilities

The poolside entertainment was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was incredibly welcoming. I particularly loved the access to a variety of snacks and drinks at the Preferred Club area, which provided a nice getaway from the crowd. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay memorable. However, the swim-out pool was a bit too cold for my liking, which made it hard to enjoy it fully.

The lazy river was super fun for the kids. Food trucks by the pool offered tasty snacks, especially the tacos. The pools stayed clean, and the vibrant decor around the resort made it feel so inviting. Staff were warm and friendly, really added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. However, I wished for more shaded areas around the pool for those hot days. Still, once we got past that, everything else flowed smoothly.

The entertainment staff kept us engaged all day with fun activities like karaoke and the water park. The food options were limited and sometimes bland.

The beach was fine with soft, powdery sand that felt like a dream beneath my feet. Each morning began with a refreshing drink and a friendly smile The food was divine, especially loved the tacos from the taco truck, perfection at every bite!

The resort has something for everyone, from the fun kids' activities to live entertainment. Our kids loved the Explorer's Club and the water park, which kept them busy. Plus, having our two dogs join the family trip made our stay even more special.

In my wife’s opinion, the pools could be warmer for comfort.

Super fun family getaway!

The place is stunning and super clean. The evening shows were a highlight, especially the live entertainment! Staff was super friendly, and the food at the Mexican restaurant was delish. The only bummer was that the big pool was pretty cold for us. Otherwise, it was an awesome time!
